A person fills out a form for a loan on your website or maybe it's a form as part of a promotion or giveaway your credit union is putting on. It takes a few seconds and the member indicates that they are interested in a vehicle loan or a mortgage or a checking account.

Immediately, that person’s form, which is now a lead, shows up in the SimplyFocused system, waiting to be assigned to a staff member who will contact the member about their interest in the financial product. There is a process laid out if the person is not immediately responsive, a timeline for follow ups and next steps, all of which is visible to staff and management.
